UN-WAXING THE HAIR

Growing up in a contemporary world, I, being a girl, never gave much emphasis on how my conduct should be in public. My parents luckily have never introduced the so called ancestry laid down rules stating the difference between a girl's and boy's demeanor. So my story backs in those days when I was a young teenager.

UN-WAXING THE HAIR

Growing up remarked differences in our body where a girl has to deal with bras, periods, pubic hair and yes, for me a forest of grown hair on legs too! So I had a crush on a guy whom almost every girl in our class had been hitting on. Luckily for me he used to talk to me alot which obviously made my days brighter than bright. One fine day when one of his friends asked me about which oil do I use to have such thick grown hair on legs while my eyebrows have a very little of it. His words hit me like the bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki as he had insulted me in front of someone so important to me. The next second while I was about to faint something divinely happened! He spoke up for me in my defence! All he said to him was that she is perfect the way she is and doesn't have to be a plastic in order to soothe everyone.  Its beautiful of her to stay natural and nothing should be altered, if anything changes she will be just like the other girls! And growing up though I have started waxing my legs but it does feel like that I have to somehow change myself to be accepted. The ideology of a girl being as smooth as cream has to change! But I too am equally responsible for supporting this ideology as long as I continue to wax.

Isn't it?
